DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

This document explains how the organizers of the Regional AI & Big Data Conference (hereinafter referred to as "the Conference") collect, process, and use your personal data when you register for or participate in the Conference. This document also explains what rights you have regarding your personal data and how you can contact the Conference organizers if you have any questions or concerns about your personal data. • When you register for the Conference, we collect the following personal data from you: your name, email address, affiliation, country, and payment details. We use this data to monitor and analyze the usage and performance of the website and mobile application, to ensure their security and functionality, and to enhance their features and design.

How do we protect your personal data?

• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, firewalls, access control, backup, and audit.
• We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collected it, or for as long as required by law, regulation, or contract. After that, we delete or anonymize your personal data in a secure manner.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

With whom do we share your personal data?
